Monica Carter Tagore is an award-winning writer, entrepreneur, and book publishing expert. In addition to being an author and president of RootSky Books, she also is a speaker and screenwriter. She has traveled across the United States speaking at colleges and events on goal achievement and success. She has written more than a thousand articles, several books, and two screenplays. Her awards include Woman of Excellence honoree for contributions to literature, Top 40 Under 40 nominee, APME Managing Editor’s Award for news writing, Gannett Well Done runner-up for commentary, and others. She lives in Los Angeles, CA with her family.
